What you need
185g butter, softened
1¼ cups brown sugar
1¼ cups flour
¾ cup CADBURY BOURNVILLE Cocoa
¾ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup toasted pecan nuts, coarsely chopped
1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
100g CADBURY Baking Milk Chocolate Chips
1. CREAM together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and beat well. Stir in the sifted flour, cocoa, bicarbonate soda and salt. Add the nuts, cranberries and chocolate and mix to combine.
2. SPOON heaped tablespoons of mixture onto a greased baking tray, allowing room for spreading.
3. BAKE in a moderately hot oven 190°C for 14-16 minutes or until cooked. Cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container until required.
