125g unsalted butter, at room temperature

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup caster sugar

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 large egg

1 ¼ cup Self raising flour

1 Tbsp cornflour

150g packet CADBURY Caramilk Baking Chips

Ingredients

125g unsalted butter, at room temperature

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup caster sugar

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 large egg

1 ¼ cup Self raising flour

1 Tbsp cornflour

150g packet CADBURY Caramilk Baking Chips

Method

1. Preheat oven to 160C fan forced.

2. Cream butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.

3. Mix in vanilla and egg.

4. Sift flour and cornflour and add to mix.

5. Add choc chips.

6. Roll into walnut size balls and place on lined baking tray.

7. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

8. Place on lined baking trays and allow room for cookies to spread.

9. Bake in batches in oven for 10 – 15 minutes.

10. Remove and cool on wire racks
