What you need
12 Classic OREO
100g CADBURY Baking White Chocolate Melts, melted and cooled slightly
Flat strap licorice, cut into thin legs
Icing eyes, for decoration
Red writing icing, for decorating
1. SPLIT each OREO in half. Place chocolate in a piping bag and use to stick 8 licorice legs on bottom halves of biscuits and then return top biscuits.
2. PIPE a little chocolate onto the top of the biscuits to secure the eyes. Use writing icing to make a decorative red back detail on each biscuit. Allow to set. Store in an airtight container until required.
