What you need
400g PASCALL Marshmallows
2 tablespoons water
225g CADBURY Baking Dark Chocolate Melts
1½ - 2 teaspoons peppermint essence
150g packet Classic OREO, reserve 5, then coarsely chop the remainder
1. COMINE the marshmallows, butter and water in a saucepan and melt together over a low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat.
2. ADD the chocolate and peppermint essence and stir until the chocolate has melted. Stir in the chopped OREO.
3. SPOON the mixture into a greased and lined 20cm square pan and smooth over. Halve the remaining Oreos and scatter over the top. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into 16 pieces. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until required.
