What you need
2/3 cup sultanas
2/3 cup dried cranberries
2/3 cup roasted and salted cashew nuts, coarsely chopped
225g CADBURY Baking Dark Chocolate Melts
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1. COMBINE the fruit and nuts in a bowl. Remove and set aside 2/3 cup of the mixture.
2. MELT half of the chocolate in a bowl over simmering water. Remove from heat, add the remaining chocolate and stir until smooth.
3. FOLD the melted chocolate and cinnamon into the fruit mixture. Spread on a large foil lined tray to approximately 1 cm thickness. Sprinkle with reserved fruit mixture and press down gently. Chill for 30 minutes or until firm. Break into pieces and serve, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
