Ingredients

250g PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese Block, softened
500ml vanilla ice cream, softened
10 wooden ice cream sticks
135g OREO Double Stuff Cinnamon Bun cookies, crushed
133g OREO Chocolate Flavoured cookies crushed
180g CADBURY DREAM White Chocolate Block, melted
180g CADBURY Baking Dark Chocolate Block, melted

Method

1. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese for 5 minutes until light and fluffy. Add ice cream and continue to beat until combined.
2. Pour mixture into silicone ice cream moulds and place wooden stick in position. 
3. Place in freezer to set.
4. When the ice creams are ready, remove from moulds and dip in melted chocolate. Sprinkle over crushed OREO Cookies and decorations and return to freezer to set.
