4 eggs, lightly beaten

Pure cream, for dolloping

Method

Method
1. SIFT together the flour and Cocoa. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon into 8 × 250ml greased ramekins.
2. BAKE in a moderately slow oven 160°C for 30 minutes or until cooked. Serve warm with a dollop of cream.
Smooth and mellow chocolate and coconut delight, best served warm with a dollop of cream. Yum.
