450g CADBURY Baking Milk Chocolate Melts
320g can sweet condensed coconut milk
200g packet Coconut macaroons, roughly chopped
Toasted coconut, for sprinkling

450g CADBURY Baking Milk Chocolate Melts
320g can sweet condensed coconut milk
200g packet Coconut macaroons, roughly chopped
Toasted coconut, for sprinkling

Method

1. COMBINE chocolate and condensed milk in a saucepan, stirring over a low heat for 4-5 minutes until melted and smooth.
2. STIR in 2/3 of the macaroons and pour into a greased and paper lined 20cm square pan (ensure paper extends 5cm above the top of the pan). Press remaining macaroon into top, sprinkle with coconut then chill until firm. Store, chilled, in an airtight container until required. Serve, cut into pieces, at room temperature.
This fudge is so smooth to make and eat – melt in the mouth chocolate!
