For the CARAMILK flavour, substitute the white chocolate with CADBURY CARAMILK caramelised white chocolate.

Make an edible centrepiece for your Christmas spread with this choc truffle tower. Whether you make all the truffle flavours or just one, this will surely be a fun activity with the family.

Method

  1. Place 2 x180g CADBURY Baking Chocolate Blocks and cream in a microwave safe bowl on medium heat for approx. 2 minutes, or until melted. Stir well and leave it to cool.
  2. When cool, mix through the fillings (CADBURY Baking Chocolate Chips and any ingredients listed for each flavour).
  3. Pour into a flat container (a plastic takeaway container is ideal) and refrigerate for 1 hour. Scoop into small balls and place on a lined tray. Refrigerate for 1 hr until firm.
  4. For coating, melt remaining 180g CADBURY Baking Chocolate Block in a microwave safe bowl on medium heat for 2 minutes. Stir in 2tsp vegetable oil and mix well.
  5. Coat each ball in melted chocolate. Using 2 forks for lifting, place balls on lined baking tray to set. Sprinkle over decorations.

To make the tower; stack the truffles onto a cake stand or platter in a pyramid shape, alternating the different flavours. Use extra melted chocolate to hold the truffles together.

Tips: For a tall tower, use a foam cone as a base. Available from craft stores
