What you need
60g CADBURY Baking Milk Chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon honey
140g CADBURY Baking Milk Chocolate, extra, broken into small pieces
¼ cup coffee liqueur
1 teaspoon vanilla
1½ cups ice cubes
½ cup cream
Chocolate shavings, for decoration
1. PIPE or drizzle the melted chocolate into serving glasses and set aside until chocolate has set.
2. COMBINE the water and honey in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add the extra chocolate, coffee liqueur and vanilla and stir until melted and smooth. Chill.
3. COMBINE the ice cubes, cream and chocolate syrup in a blender and blend until frothy. Serve immediately, decorated with chocolate shavings.
Make this as a lovely chocolate drink or drizzle it over ice cream!
