A lovely granola such as this is good for breakfast, on top of yoghurt and fruit, and makes a great edible gift for that person who has everything….
Method
1. COMBINE the peanut butter, honey and cinnamon, then add the oats, almonds and sunflower seeds and mix well. Spread on a baking paper lined baking tray and bake in a slow oven 140°C, stirring occasionally, for 25-30 minutes or until golden. Cool slightly.
2. STIR in the chocolate and raisins and allow to cool completely. Store in an airtight container until required.
