These blondies are perfect for packing and sharing.
Method
1. COMBINE the butter and brown sugar in a saucepan and stir over a medium heat until melted and smooth. Cool for 10 minutes.
2. WHISK in the eggs and vanilla, add the sifted flour, baking powder and salt, stir until well combined. Stir in the chocolate then fold through the banana bread. Pour into a greased and base lined 28cm x 18cm slice pan.
3. BAKE in a moderate oven 180°C for 25 minutes or until cooked. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Drizzle liberally with chocolate and allow to set before slicing. Store in an airtight container until required.
