What you need
3-4 cups just softened vanilla ice cream
1 ½ cups PASCALL marshmallows, halved
100g CADBURY Milk Chocolate Chips
1 punnet raspberries
½ cup pure icing sugar
1. COMBINE the ice cream, marshmallows and chocolate chips in a bowl. Spoon into 6 individual ice cream cups and freeze until firm.
2. PUREE the raspberries and icing sugar together in a processor until smooth, then strain through a sieve to remove the pips. Spoon over the Sundaes and serve immediately.
