Cocoa Life is the program run by Cadbury’s parent company, Mondelez, in all of the countries where we source our cocoa.

When John Cadbury opened his first store in 1824, he believed chocolate could be a force for good — a treat made with care, and a business built on kindness.
But this generous spirit didn't stop there. When Cadbury Dairy Milk milk chocolate was first made in 1906 it was produced with not just with a glass but a generous glass & a half of full cream milk - and still is today.*
We endeavour to live up to these founding principles of generosity in everything we do. That's why our Cadbury Dairy Milk cocoa is sourced through our signature more sustainable cocoa sourcing program, Cocoa Life.
Cocoa Life has been running since 2012 and touches many aspects of life for communities in cocoa regions - from farming techniques, to looking after the environment and supporting the local economy.
All this is done through working together with local people, so that everything happens in a way that is right for the area and can continue for years and decades to come.
