What you need
225g CADBURY Baking White Chocolate Melts
Christmas themed sprinkles or 100’s & 1000’s, for decorating
1. MELT half the chocolate in a bowl over simmering water. Remove from heat, add the remaining chocolate and stir until smooth.
2. Spoon ¼ cup amounts onto a baking paper lined tray to form 4 x 12 cm circles. Decorate with sprinkles and set aside to cool and firm. Store in an airtight container until required.
Gather all the good children to help make these chocolate speckles. They are such fun to make, give and eat. Decorate them with your favourite Christmas themed sprinkles!
