What you need
2 litres vanilla ice cream, softened slightly
2 cups PASCALL Marshmallows
½ cup red glacé cherries
½ cup CADBURY Baking Milk Chocolate Chips
100g CADBURY Dark or Milk Baking Chocolate, chopped
½ cup cream
1. GENTLY fold together the ice cream, marshmallows, cherries and Chocolate Bits. Spoon into a 24cm × 13cm × 7cm plastic wrap lined loaf pan. Cover and freeze until firm.
2. MELT together the chocolate and cream in a glass bowl over simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water. Stir to combine.
3. TO serve, cut slices of ice cream and place on serving plates with a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Serve immediately.
This festive ice cream is fun and fabulous! Great for entertaining and not just for the kids either.
