What you need
500g frozen mixed berries, thawed
1 tablespoon corn flour
2 tablespoons caster sugar
1/3 cup self-raising flour
¼ cup brown sugar
½ cup rolled oats
100g CADBURY Baking Dark Chocolate, chopped
Cream or custard, for serving
1. PLACE the berries in a 1.2 litre baking dish and toss in corn flour. Sprinkle with sugar.
2. RUB the butter into the flour until it forms coarse lumps. Stir in the sugar, oats and chocolate then scatter over the berries.
3. BAKE in a moderately hot oven 200°C for 30-35 minutes or until crumble is golden. Serve immediately drizzled with cream or custard.
