Enjoy this sweet taste of the tropics, it is an easy to make drink. For kids, just leave out the rum!
Method
1. COMBINE the water and honey in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add chocolate, rum and pineapple juice and stir until melted and smooth. Chill.
2. COMBINE the ice cubes, coconut cream and chocolate syrup in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately, decorated with pineapple wedges.
