2 cups flour
1 cup roasted pecan nuts, ground
125g CADBURY Baking White Chocolate Melts, melted and cooled slightly
1/3 cup roasted pecan nuts, extra
Pecan, butter and white chocolate combine for a mellow, crisp finish. If you can wait for a day before eating the flavour and finish is even better!

Method

1. CREAM together the butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Stir in flour and ground pecans and mix just until a soft dough forms. Roll a tablespoon of mixture into a ball, place onto a greased baking tray, and flatten slightly. Repeat with remaining mixture.
2. BAKE in a moderately slow oven 160°C for 15 minutes or until cooked. Cool on a wire rack.
3. HALF dip each biscuit into the chocolate, place a pecan nut on each and set aside until the chocolate has set. Store in an airtight container until required.
