What you need
125g butter, chopped and softened
¾ cup caster sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups self raising flour
⅔ cup milk
1 cup icing mixture
⅓ cup of CADBURY Bournville Cocoa
30g butter, softened
100s and 1000s, to decorate
1. CREAM together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Whisk in the eggs and vanilla, then fold through the flour and milk. Spoon into 12 paper patty cases.
2. BAKE in a moderate oven 180°C for 12-15 minutes or until cooked. Cool on a wire rack.
3. SIFT together the icing mixture and cocoa. Mix in the butter and enough hot water to form a soft icing. Spread on the cooled cakes and decorate as desired.
