What you need
2 teaspoons cornflour
1½ cups milk
½ cup water
300g CADBURY Baking Milk Chocolate, broken into pieces
½ cup cream
2 tablespoons amaretto, orange liqueur, brandy, rum or whisky
1. BLEND the cornflour and 1 tablespoon of milk. Set aside.
2. BRING the water to the boil in a saucepan, reduce the heat, add the chocolate and stir until melted and smooth. Add the remaining milk and the cream and heat through. Whisk in the cornflour mixture then simmer, whisking continuously, for 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir through the liqueur and serve immediately.
If you prefer, you may like to substitute 300g Dark for the Milk Baking Chocolate.
