What you need
2 cups CADBURY Baking Milk Chocolate Melts
2/3 cup CADBURY Baking White Chocolate Melts
3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
2 teaspoons golden syrup
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup evaporated milk
2 cups PASCALL White Marshmallows
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 3/4 cups roughly chopped salted roasted peanuts
2 cups jersey caramels
1/4 cup pure cream
1. MELT 1 cup milk chocolate melts, 1/3 cup white chocolate melts, 1 teaspoon golden syrup and 1/4 cup peanut butter in a saucepan over a low heat, stirring gently until smooth. Spoon the mixture into a greased and lined 28cm x 18cm slice pan. Chill until firm
2. MELT the butter in a medium saucepan, add the sugar and evaporated milk and bring to the boil over a medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Take the pan off the heat, quickly add the marshmallows, 1/4 cup peanut butter and the vanilla and stir until the marshmallows are melted and the mixture is smooth. Add the chopped peanuts, stir through and then spread over the first chocolate layer. Chill until firm.
3. COMBINE the caramels and the cream in a saucepan and stir over a low heat until melted then pour over the peanut layer. Chill until firm.
4. COMBINE the remaining milk chocolate melts, white chocolate melts, golden syrup and peanut butter in a saucepan and melt together over a low heat gently stirring until combined, smooth and glossy. Pour the over the caramel layer and chill until firm. Use a hot knife to cut the slice into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
