Method
1. Line a 20cm square pan with baking paper. 2. Place 3 x CADBURY White Chocolate Baking Blocks in a heatproof glass bowl and break into small pieces. Place in microwave and heat on 50% power for approximately 4 minutes until melted. Stir and set aside. 3. In a large mixing bowl, add puffed rice cereal, coconut, pistachios, dried fruit and chocolate chips. Stir to combine. 4. Pour the melted chocolate over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is fully coated. Pour into the prepared pan and press down well, using the back of a spoon. 5. Refrigerate for 1 hour until set. 6. Melt the remaining chocolate in the microwave, then pour over the slice in the pan to evenly coat. Return to fridge to set. 7. Cut into small squares to serve.
