150g CADBURY Baking Dark Chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
⅓ cup caster sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon Marsala
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
4 eggs, separated

150g CADBURY Baking Dark Chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
⅓ cup caster sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon Marsala
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
4 eggs, separated

Method

1. COMBINE the chocolate with the sugar, flour, Marsala and vanilla. Whisk through the yolks.
2. BEAT the egg whites until stiff and fold gently through the chocolate mixture.
3. SPOON into greased ¾ cup soufflé dishes. Bake in a moderately hot oven 190°C for 10-12 minutes or until well risen. Serve immediately.
Light as a feather but choc-full of flavour this is a wonderful classic dessert.
