What you need
125g butter, softened
½ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1½ cups of self raising flour
½ cup CADBURY BOURNVILLE Cocoa Powder
¾ cup of CADBURY White Baking Chips
1. CREAM together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Whisk in egg and vanilla. Sift together the flour and CADBURY BOURNVILLE Cocoa Powder then stir into butter mixture. Add the CADBURY White Baking Chips and mix through.
2. PLACE tablespoonsful of the cookie mixture onto greased baking trays. Press the mixture down lightly using a spatula or back of spoon to flatten slightly.
3. BAKE in a moderately slow oven 160°C for 12-15 minutes or until cooked. Cool on a wire rack.
Delicious on their own or particularly good served with scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce for something special!
