What you need
100g CADBURY Baking White Chocolate Melts
12 Classic OREO
12 PASCALL Marshmallows
Sprinkles for decoration
Round flat lollies, approx 5cm, halved for cup handle
1. HEAT half the chocolate in a bowl over simmering water until just melted. Remove from the heat and stir in the remaining chocolate until smooth. Allow to cool and thicken a little.
2. SPREAD the chocolate onto the top side of each of the OREO’S. Dunk just the very the top of each marshmallow into the chocolate, scrape off any excess on the side of the bowl then coat with the sprinkles. Invert the marshmallow and secure onto the chocolate base.
3. DUNK the cut edge of the lollies into the remaining chocolate and then fasten to the marshmallow on one side to form a handle. Allow to firm and set before serving.
NB: If the melted chocolate on the OREO firms a little too quickly to enable the marshmallow to stick, you may need to add a little melted chocolate to the base of the marshmallow to stick it down.
