100g CADBURY Baking Milk Chocolate Chips
2½-3 cups corn flakes

Ingredients

What you need
125g butter, softened
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup SR flour
1 cup sultanas
100g CADBURY Baking Milk Chocolate Chips
2½-3 cups corn flakes

Method

1. CREAM together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and beat well. Stir in flour and then the sultanas and chocolate.
2. DROP tablespoonfuls of the mixture into the cornflakes and roll to coat. Place on a greased baking tray. Repeat with remaining mixture.
3. BAKE in a moderate oven 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until cooked. Cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container until required.
An all time favourite cookie made special with the addition of milk chocolate chips. Great with a glass of milk.
