1 sheet ready rolled butter puff pastry, just thawed, cut into 4 squares
24 squares of CADBURY Baking Dark Chocolate
Slivered or flaked almonds

What you need
1 sheet ready rolled butter puff pastry, just thawed, cut into 4 squares
24 squares of CADBURY Baking Dark Chocolate
Slivered or flaked almonds
Egg wash

Method

1. FOLD a square of pastry in half and make 4 cuts along and through the fold but not all the way across the piece. Unfold. Place 6 squares of chocolate in the centre of the pastry and scatter with almonds. Brush the edges of the pastry with egg wash; fold the pastry to enclose the chocolate and place on a baking tray. Brush with egg wash and scatter with more almonds. Repeat with remaining pastry and chocolate.
2. BAKE the parcels in a hot oven 200ºC for 20-25 minutes or until bases are golden.
Golden puffs of chocolate, serve warm!
