What you need
125g butter, softened
½ cup brown sugar
1/3 cup caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1½ cups SR flour
1/3 cup CADBURY BOURNVILLE Cocoa
180g CADBURY Dairy Milk Roast Almond, roughly chopped
1. CREAM together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Whisk in egg and vanilla. Stir in sifted flour and cocoa and then 1/3 of the chocolate.
2. SHAPE 1 tablespoon amounts of mixture into balls and place on a greased baking tray, pressing down slightly. Top each with some of the remaining chocolate.
3. BAKE in a moderately slow oven 160°C for 15-20 minutes or until cooked. Cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container until required.
