Everyone enjoys chocolate and marshmallows so this easy slice will be a sure winner.
Method
1. SIFT together the flour and cocoa into a bowl, then stir through the sugar and coconut. Add the melted butter and stir to combine. Press into the base of a greased and paper lined 28cm x 18cm slice pan (ensure paper extends 5cm above the top of the pan). Bake in a moderate oven 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
2. COMBINE the marshmallows and milk in a bowl over simmering water and gently melt, stirring occasionally until smooth. Cool at room temperature. Fold in the cream then pour over base. Cover and chill until required.
3. TOP the slice with strawberries then drizzle with chocolate. Store, chilled, in an airtight container until required. Cut into pieces and serve at room temperature.
