Method
1. COMBINE the water and honey in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over chocolate and stir until melted and smooth. Chill.
2. PLACE the ice cubes, milk, banana and chocolate syrup in a blender and blend until frothy and combined. Serve immediately, decorated as desired.
TIP: to make the banana “hair”, squeeze fondant through a garlic crusher.
