A classic winter pudding is all the better with Cadbury chocolate and bananas! It is a quick to make dessert with pantry ingredients.
Method
1. WHISK together the eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla until combined.
2. DIP the bread in the milk mixture then place into a greased 2 - 2.5litre capacity deep baking dish, layering with chocolate, banana and nuts. Pour over remaining milk mixture. Press down lightly. Sprinkle with the extra sugar.
3. BAKE in a moderate oven 180°C for 45-50 minutes or until set. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Spoon into bowls and serve with a dollop of cream or a scoop of ice cream. Serve immediately
