CADBURY SCHWEPPES MOVIE TICKET PROMOTION
FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. This token is only valid for use between 27 December 2002 to 31 March 2003 inclusive.

2. Valid tokens may, subject to paragraphs 3 and 4, be redeemed at the box office of any participating Village Roadshow, Hoyts, Greater Union, Birch Carroll & Coyle, Reading or Anderson cinemas for a $2 (incl GST) discount off the full purchase price of The Lord of the Rings II: The Two Towers movie ticket, including full priced adult tickets, full priced child tickets, student concession tickets and senior citizen tickets.

3. Tokens cannot be redeemed for any discount on “membership” or “club” movie tickets; tickets not physically purchased at a participating cinema’s box office; any screenings on Tuesdays, public holidays, or after 5pm on Saturdays; or any movie screenings at any time at any “Gold Class”, “La Premiere” or “Regency Cine Lounge” cinemas.

4. A token can only be used once, and only 1 token may be redeemed per movie ticket. Tokens are not redeemable for cash or credit. Only original tokens obtained from packaging on product are valid. Partial, reproduction, altered or substantially damaged tokens, or any tokens obtained by or through fraud or other illegal activity, are invalid.
Participating cinemas may, at their discretion, set their own redemption terms and conditions for tokens, however such terms and conditions will allow for the redemption of tokens on, at a minimum, the above basis.

LORD OF THE RINGS II – THE TWO TOWERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Promoter is Cadbury Schweppes Pty Ltd (ABN 78 004 551 473) of Level 18, 636 St Kilda Road, Melbourne Vic 3004.

2. Entry is only open to those Australian residents who fulfil the entry requirements. The directors, management and employees of the Promoter, its related companies and agencies, the immediate families of the above listed entities, and retailers for and suppliers to the Promoter, are ineligible to enter.

3. The competition commences on 1 October 2002 and entries must be received by close of business on 31 March 2003.

4. Entry Requirements: Entrants must collect any 2 labels, strips, coupons or wrappers from the range of Cadbury, Schweppes, Pepsi or Pascall products (see paragraph 17 for a listing of brands), place them in the one envelope, and post them to Lord Of The Rings II – The Two Towers Promotion, PO Box 543, Alexandria NSW 2015. Entrants must include their full name, address and contact telephone number with their entry. Entrants may enter as many times as they wish, provided that each entry complies with these terms and conditions and is separately posted to the above address.

5. Only entries enclosing original labels, strips, coupons or wrappers obtained from the above products, and otherwise complying with these terms and conditions, are valid. Entries enclosing partial (unless the label, strip, coupon or wrapper expressly provides otherwise), substantially damaged, reproduction or altered labels, strips, coupons or wrappers, or any labels, strips, coupons or wrappers obtained by or through fraud or other illegal activity; or entries not complying with these terms and conditions, are invalid.

6. The Promoter takes no responsibility for lost, damaged, misdirected, late or illegible entries.

7. The prize draw will take place at 10am on 8 April 2003 at 3/33 Maddox Street, Alexandria, NSW 2015.

8. The first valid entry randomly drawn will win $250,000 cash. In the event that the winner of the major prize is a resident of NSW, the winner will receive $100,000 cash and a BMW X5 3.0i litre Automatic (RRP $89,500 incl GST) and a BMW 318i Executive Sedan Automatic (RRP $60,500 incl GST). Both vehicles include dealer delivery fees and on road costs such as registration. Both vehicles will only be equipped with their standard features. The vehicles are not exchangeable nor redeemed for cash. The total prize value of the promotion is $250,000. The winner is responsible for all other costs and expenses, including tax, insurance and fuel, in any way associated with his or her prize. If the winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parents or guardian.

9. The prize winner will be notified by mail and his or her name and details will be published in the General Notices section of ‘The Australian’ on 15 April 2003.

10. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable in any way (including, without limitation, in negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with using any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications that may arise as a result of winning any prize. Prize values are given as at the commencement date of the promotion. The Promoter will not compensate the winner for any change in the value of prizes from that listed above.

11. Prizes must be claimed before the expiry of 3 months from the publishing of the results. In the event of any prize not being claimed by this date, the winner’s entry will be declared invalid and a new winner of that prize will be randomly drawn on the same terms and conditions as the main draw, at 10am on 29 July 2003, or as otherwise required by a relevant governmental authority, at 3/33 Maddox Street, Alexandria, NSW 2015, subject to any written directions given by any relevant authority including those given under Regulation 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA).

12. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. All entries remain the property of the Promoter.

14. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this promotion or communicating with the entrant. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. Entrants can access the personal information the Promoter holds about them by contacting Consumer Services on 1800 250 260. The Promoter’s privacy policy is available on the Promoter’s web site – “www.cadbury.com.au”.

15. Details regarding how to enter this promotion form part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this promotion implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant benefiting from any tampering with the entry process.

17. Participating brands include:
Cadbury, Schweppes, Solo, Sunkist, Dr Pepper, Passiona, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Pepsi Max, 7Up, Mountain Dew and Pascall.
