Megamallows Choc Cross Bun
Ingredients
Pascall Megamallows
150g Cadbury® Cooking Chocolate
30g Copha
50g Cadbury® Dream® White Chocolate
Method
- Place the Cadbury Cooking Chocolate and the copha in a microwave safe bowl.
- Heat on medium power for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally until mixture is melted. Stir well.
- Press a skewer or fondue fork into the base of Pascall Megamallows. Dip in melted Cadbury Cooking Chocolate, gently tap skewer on side of bowl to allow any excess Cadbury Cooking Chocolate to drip off.
- Remove from skewer and place on foil to set. Refrigerate if necessary.
- Once the chocolate has set, melt the Cadbury Dream White Chocolate in a small bowl in the microwave oven (medium power) for 1-2 minutes.
- Using a paper piping bag, pipe the shape of a cross with melted Cadbury Dream White Chocolate.
