Unbaked Roast Almond Slice

Ingredients
60g butter
¼ cup golden syrup
200g tube condensed milk
250g packet milk arrowroot biscuits, crushed
50g slivered almonds, toasted
250g block Cadbury® Roast Almond Dairy Milk® Chocolate
Method
- In a large microwaveproof bowl melt the butter, golden syrup and condensed milk on High (100% power) for 1-1½ minutes. Stir well.
- Thoroughly stir in the biscuit crumbs and almonds. Press into an 28 x 18 cm slab pan.
- Roughly chop the chocolate and melt in the microwave on Medium (50% power) in 15-second bursts for approximately 2 minutes.
- Spread the melted chocolate over the crumb mixture and leave to set at room temperature. Cut into pieces and store in the fridge.
